• Besides, we use the best local produce like the top quality local mangoes, durian specially sourced from Battambang. Specially, all of ingredients are imported like hazelnuts, Pistachio, Caramel, Blueberry, Chocolate, Vanilla, Tiramisu, Coconut, Rum …from Italy to make an authentic, artisanal, healthy product that is all natural and without any preservatives, colour or essence.
• To carry on our expansion project and give new investors the opportunity to bring MimaMinaGelato in their own cities, we have developed a franchise business model: although it has its roots common to all states, we slightly adapt the business model to local culture and taste, empowering franchisees to locally promote their business.
